We’re honored to be part of the Belfast Garden Club’s Open Garden Tour this year! My love of flowers blossomed through years of attending garden tours, where I learned so much from visiting other gardens. I’m thrilled to now give back by opening Frogmore Flower Farm to share its beauty and inspire others.
Join us on Saturday, August 16 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, to explore the beauty of our fields and display gardens. A $5 donation supports the Belfast Garden Club’s educational programs, public-service projects, and scholarships for Waldo County students studying horticulture, farming, and related fields.
This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joys of gardening, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and discover what makes Frogmore Flower Farm a unique destination.

Looking for a fun and relaxing way to try something new? Join us at Frogmore Flower Farm for a beginner-friendly dahlia watercolor workshop led by Amanda from Rose Ridge Watercolor. This laid-back afternoon is perfect for anyone curious about painting—no experience needed.
You’ll start by learning the basics of watercolor technique, including simple brushstrokes and Amanda’s signature loose, expressive floral style. Then, wander the flower fields to pick your own bouquet. At the end of the day, you’ll head home with a beautiful seasonal bouquet and a watercolor masterpiece you created yourself.
This is a small workshop with a more individualized feel, and to keep it that way, we are limiting attendance to 12.

Bring your current read and enjoy a peaceful hour surrounded by flowers and fresh air. There’s no assigned book, no discussion, just a welcoming space to unwind with fellow book lovers.
$5 includes tea and a cozy spot to read. Optional flower picking is available after.

Last year’s event was a huge success, and we’re thrilled to bring back our Pumpkins & Posies Workshop for another season! Celebrate the beauty of fall by creating your own floral pumpkin arrangement. Join us on Sunday, September 21, at 3:00 p.m. for a hands-on workshop where you’ll blend the vibrant colors of locally-grown flowers with the rich hues of the season’s pumpkins.
Your $45 ticket includes one farm-fresh pumpkin, locally grown flowers, and expert instruction on crafting a seasonal arrangement. You’ll have the choice of an orange or white pumpkin, and we’ll provide a variety of fresh flowers, such as dahlias, zinnias, and amaranth, as well as fillers and foliage.
This outdoor class promises a fun and creative experience. All materials are included in the workshop.
Registration information to come soon.
